Shipping and Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship exclusively to the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders delivered to addresses in the United States. No additional charges apply at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed with Mode Champion are typically delivered within 4 to 15 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This timeframe includes 1 to 3 business days for order processing and 3 to 12 business days for transit via USPS.
What is the order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT -5) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the USPS tracking system.
Are there any customs fees or import duties?
No. Customers in the United States are not charged any additional customs or import duties at delivery. All applicable taxes and fees are already included in the final price displayed on the product page.

Returns and Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return under the statutory withdrawal right provided by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435). In addition, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of goods.
What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
