These Terms govern use of the Mode Champion storefront.

Store status and product information

The store currently has no products available for purchase. A product will be published only after its record, variants, authorized images, size, fit or selection requirements, included components and applicable transaction terms have been verified.

Size and fit

When products become available, read the size, color, measurements and care information for the exact item. Use the contact form if required published information is unclear.

Pricing and taxes

When products become available, the price and currency shown on the storefront and at checkout will control the transaction. Any taxes or charges will be shown before an order is placed.

Orders and payment

Product ordering is not currently available. When enabled, submitting an order is an offer to purchase and an order is accepted only when the store confirms acceptance. Available payment options are only those actually displayed at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Applicable shipping, return and refund terms will be published before products are made available for purchase. Do not send an item to any address without written return instructions for an eligible order.

Website use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt service or misuse store content.

Intellectual property

Do not reproduce the Mode Champion name, site design, original text, graphics or other store content except with permission or as allowed by law.

Accuracy and availability

Store information may be corrected, updated or withdrawn when it is incomplete. General guidance does not replace the verified information and instructions published for an exact product.
